Handling incoming calls
Maintenance and use of internal venue database
Day to day liaison and support for publisher and venue sales teams
Administering internal paperwork for finance and ops
Producing photo presentations for publishers
Researching venue lists and securing venue acceptance
Collating and checking delivery reports
The following skills / attributes are required:
Good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent literacy, time management and numerical skills.
Good communication and relationship building skills
Excellent telephone manner
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Positive can do attitude and team player
Experience: This role requires minimum 2 year’s experience in an office environment and a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
Job Type: Part- Time, 22.5 hours per week to suit within office hours, minimum 4 days per week required. Based in Weybridge.
Salary: £13,000 pa
