Office Administrator

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls

  • Maintenance and use of internal venue database

  • Day to day liaison and support for publisher and venue sales teams

  • Administering internal paperwork for finance and ops

  • Producing photo presentations for publishers

  • Researching venue lists and securing venue acceptance

  • Collating and checking delivery reports

The following skills / attributes are required:

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Excellent literacy, time management and numerical skills.

  • Good communication and relationship building skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge

  • Positive can do attitude and team player

Experience: This role requires minimum 2 year’s experience in an office environment and a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.

Job Type: Part- Time, 22.5 hours per week to suit within office hours, minimum 4 days per week required. Based in Weybridge.

Salary: £13,000 pa
